StoryX LLC DBA Fares (“StoryX,” “Fares” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Fares is a travel discovery platform that curates and shares flight deals, fare alerts, and travel opportunities. We may provide direct links to third-party booking sites (such as Expedia, airline websites, or other affiliates).

We do not handle bookings directly and are not a travel agency or booking provider. All bookings, payments, and travel arrangements made through third-party links are governed by those providers' terms and policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or have parental consent if under 18. By using Fares, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

StoryX is not responsible for transaction issues on third-party platforms.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy, pricing, or policies of third-party sites.
• Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and them.
• Fares may earn commissions from affiliate links at no additional cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fares platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned or licensed by StoryX LLC.

• You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt our Services.
• Attempt to access unauthorized data or systems.
• Use Fares for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Collect data or user information without consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Fares platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy or completeness of any flight deals or information.
• The reliability or performance of third-party websites or services.

Travel prices and availability change frequently. Fares does not guarantee that a deal listed will still be available when you attempt to book.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryX LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Loss of data, revenue, or travel opportunities;
• Issues arising from third-party sites or bookings.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless StoryX LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to this jurisdiction and venue.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fares at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.
