
Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Fares, we aim to make travel discovery simple, transparent, and flexible. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so we've designed a straightforward refund and cancellation policy that balances fairness and convenience.
Fares offers one free subscription tier, and one paid subscription tier:
- Free: $0
- Pro: $8 per month, billed annually ($96 per year)
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Subscriptions are billed upfront for one year of access to your selected plan and renew automatically unless canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your experience on Fares. If for any reason you're not satisfied or wish to cancel soon after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, email farewell@fares.so with your account email address and payment confirmation. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After the initial 3-day window, all payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to receive deal alerts and account access until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are available for unused months.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
- Automatic renewals: Your subscription renews automatically each year on your billing date unless you cancel beforehand.
- How to cancel: You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing farewell@fares.so.
- After cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until it expires, and you will continue receiving flight alerts and premium access until that date.
- No mid-term refunds: Canceling during your billing period prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current cycle.
We will always notify you in advance of any price or policy changes before renewal.
4. Exceptions
Refunds outside the 3-day period are not typically granted, except in rare cases of duplicate payments or verified technical issues that prevented access to your subscription benefits. Such cases are reviewed individually at our discretion.
